These User Terms govern your access to and use of Ping’s communication and collaboration platform (the “Services”). By signing up for this platform, you agree to these terms. By installing or using our apps, services, or website (together, the “Services”), you also agree to our Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please take a moment to read them carefully.
When we mention “Ping,” we refer to Ping Live Limited.
You must use Ping’s Services in accordance with our Terms and posted policies. If your account is disabled due to a violation of our Terms, you may not create another account without our explicit permission.
You agree to use Ping’s Services only for legal, authorized, and acceptable purposes. You must not (and must not assist others to) use our Services in ways that:
(a) Violate or infringe upon the rights of Ping, other users, or third parties, including privacy, intellectual property, or proprietary rights.
(b) Involve sending unauthorized or impermissible communications, including spam, bulk messaging, auto-messaging, or auto-dialing.
You must not (and must not assist others to) access, use, modify, distribute, transfer, or exploit our Services in unauthorized ways, or in ways that harm Ping, its users, or its systems. For example, you must not:
(a) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services or systems.
(b) Disrupt the performance, security, or integrity of our Services.
(c) Create accounts using automated or unauthorized means.
(d) Collect or use user information in an unauthorized manner.
(e) Sell, rent, or charge for access to Ping’s Services.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Ping’s Services. Illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited. Users may not impersonate others or misrepresent their identity, affiliations, or credentials within the Ping platform.
Ping reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if it believes you have violated these Terms, including but not limited to engaging in prohibited activities, illegal use, or if your account presents a security risk. In such cases, Ping may disable access to your account without notice. Upon termination of your account, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will be revoked. You will no longer have access to your account's data, communications, or content. Any outstanding fees or payments due to Ping for subscription Services must be paid by the applicable billing terms.
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation, you may contact Ping’s support team to request reinstatement, but Ping reserves the sole discretion to approve or deny such requests.
You may terminate your account anytime by following the account termination process in the platform settings or by contacting Ping’s support team. Upon termination, your access to the Services will be disabled, and your user data will be handled as described in the Privacy Notice.
To use Ping’s Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information, including a valid phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, even if unauthorized. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify Ping’s Privacy Team immediately at Privacy@ping.live
Ping reserves the right to implement additional verification measures, including sending verification codes via text messages or phone calls to confirm your registration through Ping or its third-party service providers.
By accepting Ping’s Terms of Service, you agree to be included in the Ping Contact Directory, which allows users to discover and connect with professional contacts within the platform. You may adjust your visibility settings at any time.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Ping’s Services. In some countries, the minimum age may be higher depending on local regulations. Where law requires, users under the applicable age must obtain parental or legal guardian consent before using our Services.
Ping offers optional verification and subscription-based Services that enhance user credibility and provide additional features:
Ping Verified (Individual Accounts): Users may subscribe to Ping Verified by paying a monthly or annual fee to obtain a verification badge on their pƒterrofile.
Company & Employee Verification: Businesses can create an admin account to manage and verify employees. A fee per user applies for verification. Admins are responsible for ensuring that only current employees are submitted for verification.
Verification is available to subscribers who meet the eligibility criteria set by Ping. Users may be required to submit supporting documentation, such as a LinkedIn profile, company email, or third-party verification service, to confirm identity or employment status. The verification badge does not confirm identity, credentials, or professional background beyond Ping’s verification process.
Verification is a service feature and does not imply endorsement or authentication of the user’s credentials beyond the verification process. Ping does not assume responsibility for user interactions, misrepresentation, or reliance on verified status. Ping reserves the right to revoke verification if fraud, impersonation, or misuse is detected.
Subscriptions to Ping Verified or Company Verification are billed on a monthly or annual basis, with pricing subject to location-based variations. All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Failure to renew a subscription will result in loss of verification status.
Ping reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its verification and subscription Services at any time, including adjusting pricing, eligibility criteria, or verification processes.
In consideration for granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that Ping and its third-party providers and partners may place advertising on the Services or in connection with the display of Content or information from the Services, whether submitted by you or others. Additionally, Ping reserves the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to:
(i) Satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
(ii) Enforce these Terms, including investigating potential violations thereof;
(iii) Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues;
(iv) Respond to user support requests;
(v) Protect the rights, property, or safety of Ping, its users, and the public.
Ping does not disclose personally-identifying information to third parties except in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
You retain ownership of the information you submit through Ping’s Services. However, you must have the legal rights to any information you provide, including the phone number used to register your account.
Ping owns all copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights associated with our Services. You may not use, copy, or modify any of Ping’s intellectual property without prior written permission.
Ping grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant any ownership rights or permissions beyond the intended use of Ping’s platform.
Ping does not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data in any way. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your data is handled securely.
Please review our Privacy Notice to understand how we process and safeguard your information. By using our Services, you agree to our data practices as described in our Privacy Notice, including the transfer of data to countries where we have servers, service providers, or partners. This may include, for example, third-party providers assisting with verification codes or customer support requests.
Ping is committed to protecting user privacy and security by implementing industry-standard encryption and security measures. Our Services leverage secure data transmission protocols and encryption controls to safeguard communications. However, as with any digital platform, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and accounts. This includes keeping login credentials safe and ensuring unauthorized parties do not gain access to their accounts. If you lose access to your device, please follow our support instructions to restore your account and protect your information. If you suspect any unauthorized activity or believe your account has been compromised, you should immediately inform our Privacy Team at Privacy@ping.com
To improve functionality and introduce new features, you consent to automatically downloading and installing updates to our Services as they become available.
You are responsible for any data charges, mobile carrier fees, or taxes associated with your use of our Services on your devices.
Ping retains all rights, titles, and interests in its software, trademarks, logos, and proprietary content.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ping’s Services for personal or business communication.
Users retain ownership of the content they share but grant Ping a license to store and process it as necessary for service functionality.
Ping’s Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free performance.
Ping is not responsible for user interactions and disputes, third-party content, integrations or Services, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The laws of Gibraltar, UK govern these Terms.
Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally first before seeking arbitration or legal action.
Ping may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Updated” date at the beginning of these Terms. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and supersedes any prior agreements. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Ping’s Services.
Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
